Mandala Meditation & Sound Bath
Mandala Creation and Sound Bath Meditation. A gentle, peaceful, family friendly experience for living in the moment. Open your hearts to all ages, experiences and embrace what IS, right now. We’ll create a mandala together, have time to reflect on our own personal mandalas while enjoying the peaceful vibrations of a sound bath meditation. This is a sacred time to practice silence and receptiveness. Time together may include sound bath meditation, gentle yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mandala creation. Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and an open mind.
